rtmp and hls play

Hello,

We would like to use your product on our web pages (standalone player for web site).
We would like to play live stream for:
- internet users with PC (Adobe Flash)
- mobile devices (IOS and Android)
- our CDN is Level 3

On our side we use Wowza server to stream to Level 3 in both rtmp and playlist.m3u8

Question:
Is possible to use only one link e.g. http://level3.cnd.com/video1/playlist.m3u8
