Can I get Analytics and video converter if I use paid membership with Self Hosting

Dear JWPlayer Support Team,

If I upgrade my account to paid member and I use Self Host, can I get Analytics feature and video converter to convert to flv,mp4,webm?

If I can have analytics and video converter,
- what paid membership type that can I upgrade to enable both the feature ?
- can I get the API to use it or is there other method to enable analytics and video converter ?

We do not have a video converter. Even the free account has access to analytics.

Thank you for your answer Mr Ethan,

Is it not possible to automatically convert video to video file extension that is supported by JWPlayer ?

Or should I manually convert video to supported format of JWPlayer before publishing to my local host ?

I have tried analytics in my free account using jwplayer cloud host, it works. But can I use analytics in my local host with free account?
