Hi,
I tried your ad tag in our Ad tester at http://demo.jwplayer.com/ad-tester/ and the Google VAST tester at https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/vastinspector. Both places returned an ad error. Try our test ad tag to verify the rest of your code is correct:
http://www.adotube.com/php/services/player/OMLService.php?avpid=oRYYzvQ&platform_version=vast20&ad_type=linear&groupbypass=1&HTTP_REFERER=http://www.longtailvideo.com&video_identifier=longtailvideo.com,test
