How to pan Left or right audio channel in both channel

Hi the title says all,

How to pan Left or right audio channel in both channel?
Do I have to customize my own player for that? or is there a way to do it?

The purpose of that is to have 2 languages in a stereo sound, for exemple:

English audio in left channel
French audio in right channel

And then a player with a pan option like this one: http://www.oxygenstream.fr/tests/
But with the sound going throught botch channels (not only left or right speaker)
