IE9 Resize Problem

Hello, i changed the width and height jwplayer parameters to a smaller size than the original video size. The video is resized to the parameters' width and height in Firefox and Chrome, but not in IE9. In IE9, the player is the correct smaller size, but the video inside of it is cut off and is still it's original size. Could you please help? Thank you.
