Skipping through video

Hi. I have JWPlayer that comes with the "VideoZoom" theme. I need the ability for users to be able to scroll/skip through the video w/o downloading it first. I notice when I installed the free plugin, users were able to skip through the video w/o downloading it first. That is the functionality that I want, but the plugin is the free version with the logo.

The version that comes with the theme I believe is the "Pro" version, but users are not able to scroll through the video. What should I do to allow users to scroll/skip through the video?

I'm shocked to see that with the free version, skipping is possible.

Skipping should be allowed natively through all versions. If the player is being loaded via Flash, you will have to install a pseudostreaming module to get this working.
