Playing video on mobile and PC's

We purchased the JW Player PRO. We have 100 videos in MP4 format. Do we need to have 2 versions of each video in order to be compatible with all the computer types. One in MP4 for mobile devices and another one in FLV format for Windows and Mac computers. Is this correct?

I was under the impression that the JW Player would stream the video to all the different computer types which access the video.

Please advise.

Only a single version of each file will need to be used. Encoding in MP4 via h.264 and AAC audio will work across all platforms, flash and HTML5.
