Video not playing on other computer!

Hi,

I am the webmaster of http://biblicalhealth.tv and we are using JWPlayer for our videos. We offer paid subscription on our video. We publish a new video to our site, then some of the users says they cant watch it. Some says it's choppy. But i already tried the videos on my computer and plays well on my latest browsers, like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and also in iPad.

Here is the code that i use on the video. By the way we are using wordpress.

can you test it out if you also have a problem in viewing with these.

This does seem to work for me. In order to view these videos, an HTML5 browser would need to be used. For older browsers, Flashplayer must need to be installed as well.

If you can great some additional information about these users’ systems that would help greatly figuring out the issue.
