IE 9,10,11: Error Loading Media at end of video

Good Day.

IN IE
i have a .mp4 video in jwplayer 6.8
at the end of the video instead of showing the replay button it states:

"Error loading media: File could not be played"

this occurs online in IE

Chrome - Works
Firefox - Works
Safari - Works
Opera - Works
IE - Shows Error at the end.

I ran the video through Handbrake with default settings plus "Web optimized," and the error vanishes:
