Before that I would like to clarify few things,

Question 1.

"http://dashboard.jwplatform.com" , this is the url I use to login into my account.(I have purchased unlimited plan for this).

So in order to integrate player, what I have to use in my coding Javascript API or Platform API for HLS streaming, currently I have used javascript API (Technology:- ASP.NET)

Question 2:-

If I want to implement HLS streaming using above account credentials and Javascript API, how can I do that? How can I test that?

Hi,

Would this HLS be a live stream? Or VOD content based on your uploaded items? If this is a live stream, you will need to contact us to enable this functionality. If this is content that has been uploaded, I would be able to change your player to utilize HLS to stream this.

Yes, as of now I need HLS for the content that has been uploaded.

So please change my player to utilize HLS to stream.

Can you please let me know how much time it take?

Thanks.

Hi,

Would you be able to set the embed up on a standalone page? If so, can you please send this in an email so we can take a look at it privately?

Thanks!
