It is throwing an error "Error loading stream: Manifest not found or invalid" .
We try to find the solution for this on google, but didn't get your exact solution for it.

This seems to work just fine for me via IE9. Is Flash currently installed on the machine in question?

Hi,
I am giving you steps to replicate this issue on IE9 browser.
Please check below settings.
In Internet Option >> Advance Tab >> In Browsing >> Display a notification about every script error
After verifying the setting please perform below steps:
Steps To Reproduce-
1.Open application http://cm-parkbank.zeondemo.com
2.Go to ‘Why Park bank >> testimonial Video’
3.Click on Park bank logo.
Observed that – ‘Java script’ error is displaying.(Issue with IE9)
