video is choppy on some browsers

Hello, we are working on a website www.youth.gov.hk which we have implemented the video streaming service by using JWPlayer 5.10.2295 and Wowza Streaming server version 3. Recently we found that the video is choppy when user jump to another moment in the timeline , and this issue will only be happened in Windows machine and some browser, for example, under Windows 7 , IE8, latest version of Firefox will show the choppy video but Chrome is fine, and under Mac there is no issue in FIreFox, Chrome and Safari. And actually when we see the choppy video in the above browser, actually the video is still play back smoothly, at least I don't feel that it is buffering as i think our client side bandwidth is fast enough. I have captured the screenshot on the above browser for your reference:

Yes, I see the screenshots.

I got the site to load now.

However, now, I see a different issue, the stream does not seem to be up. It tries to play for a second, then stops.

We have configured the WOWZA streaming server to use RTMPT for streaming so it should just use port 80 for streaming in desktop computer and no our user experienced the same thing as you.....BTW if you just check our screenshot, any idea?
