How to embed a playlist. M3u8?

I want to know how to use a m3u8 list jw-player, for now I see that if supported in the wizzard -> http://www.jwplayer.com/wizard/ if I put the address of streaming http://nexhd.com : 1935/canal7hd/canal7hd/playlist.m3u8 FIle in space and if it works but I can not generate the code to embed on my website, to be more clear I leave a picture to see if you can. but not how to embed it on my website.
