Live video event on firefox 28 and Firefox 29 on Windows 8 64 bit system not working

When we try to play Live event on firefox 28 and Firefox 29 on Windows 8 64 bit system the Live video not working. The error we are getting is : "Error loading playlist: No playable sources found".

we are using JW Player version 6.7.4071.

Let us know if there is an update released to fix this issue, because it works on all other operating systems and browsers except this combination.

Thank you Andrew, I tried installing Adobe Flash plugin and that fixed the issue.
