error loading player no playable sources found

I have the pro and i am using the WordPress plugin. i have been trying all day and i just cant get anything to pay that is hosted on sugarsync dropbox or mediafire. a video from youtube will work just fine.
i have tried a few h.264 mp4 videos I'm pretty new to this and i just cant seam to figure out what I'm doing wrong
