how to enter 'additional flashvars' in 'advanced settings' in jw player wordpress plugin?

hello,

what is the correct format for entering in 'additional flashvars' in the 'advanced settings' area of the jw player configuration page?

i'm referring to these flashvars:

http://developer.longtailvideo.com/trac/wiki/Player5FlashVars

for example, what exactly would you enter to add a watermark?

i tried:

logo.file (undefined): http://www.pathtofile.com/watermark.png

and it broke the player, reset the player's configuration and size, and brought up warning errors on front and back-end.
