IE8 not work, Firefox not work, IE9 no sound, IE10 not work, on chrome all ok

We want to play videos from this page:
http://www.tvo-online.ch/

Now i have problems on:
XP - IE8 (no player)
Firefox Portable 25.0.1 (no player)
Windows Server 2008 R2: IE9 (no sound)

JWPlayer: 6.3.3242
Adobe Flash: 12,0,0,44

Can you help me to fix this problem? We play only videos on tvo-online.ch.
