Video playing slow on mobile devices

We are noticing that the videos(mp4, h264 encoding, http progressive downloading) with html5 player are loading slow(videos play after about 20 seconds) on mobile devices(ios, android) as compared to desktop(windows, mac) where they are playing right away. We also encoded the videos through handbrake with wep optimized option. I've uploaded one video on to my jwplayer account.Can you access that video?If not can i send you the embeded code?

Can I send you the embedded html on to your email? I could not post this embedded html player code which I got after I published the video on to jwplayer account.
