FLV files not playing on mobiles

Hi guys,

I have website of videos and using jw player. but my FLV videos are not properly working on mobile, giving error.
Is there any solution of it because i have a large videos.

Convert the videos to MP4's. An FLV video is, by definition, a Flash video. There is no Flash on a mobile device. No script on Earth can magically make an FLV play on a mobile.

Use HandBrake - default settings, plus check "Web optimized."
