mp4 not playing on iPad

Hi,

I have an issue playing mp4 on iPad.
It seems this is a server side problem.
I tried to play a video from this link: http://www.longtailvideo.com/jw/upload/bunny.mp4
It works on iPad, Android and Windows => OK
I downloaded this video and put it on my server. It works on Android and Windows but not on iPad mini (I don't have an iPhone to test it).

Someone can help me to find the need server configuration to make it work on my server?

Just to complete the post, the iPad mini is on iOS 7 (I made the OS update recently).

Do you get the error just going to the mp4 directly ?
