Increase the size of controls in Glow skin

We are using JWPlayer6.8 to play videos on our website. One of the problems we have is that the controls are too small for iPad and mobile users when the video container is big (640 by 360 for example).

Is there any way we can make the controls bigger? We are using Glow skin.
