Error loading player: No playable sources found On Firefox

I just installed the new JWPlayer with premium subscription. I'm using adaptive streaming and it is working fine with Internet Explorer, Chrome (PC and Mac), Safari (Mac), but it is not working on Firefox for Mac. The message Error loading player: No playable sources found is being displayed.

Also, on Safari is not displaying the speed selector.

I tested on iOS and it is working fine. I don't have Android for testing.

You're using a <video> tag. That's not how JW Player is embedded.

Your HTML doesn't validate. Fix that before going any further.
