File Could Not be Played

Good afternoon, I noticed that there are already some threads with this problem but none of them helped me to solve. I have a website: www.chuveiro.mus.br and use the jwplayer, was functioning normally, suddenly the firefox and ie do not carry over the video, but the chrome is normal. Could anyone help me? Thank you.

Can't get the page to load at all - server connection reset, time-out, etc.

This file – http://www.chuveiro.mus.br/usuario/upload/videos/75/257.mp4

Has the mime type – text/plain

It should be – video/mp4

So the error is in the conversion of the file?

No. MIME type has nothing to do with the video encoding. Every file that a server provides comes with an HTTP header that tells the browser what kind of file it is. Your server is "lying" about the file - it's not identifying it as an MP4.

Your server is producing the video with a MIME type of *text/plain*, whereas it needs to be *video/mp4*. Your server administrator needs to fix this. If you can edit your own *.htaccess* file on the server, you can add this line:

*AddType video/mp4 .mp4*

But it really would be best if the server administrator corrected the error in the server configuration.
