JWPlayer YouTube Embed Question

Hey there!
I have a question about JWPlayer's ability to embed YouTube detailed at http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player/29236/basic-youtube-stream/

Does this follow all of YouTube's API Guidelines in regards to the player?

(I know YT has guidelines about what goes on the same page as the player such as restrictions about Advertisements) but is using JWplayer's ability to embed YT videos fully following the YouTube Terms of Service?

We are avid users and supports of JWPlayer, but for a project we're wanting to Embed YouTube Videos, and we're trying to decide if we should

A: Use JWPlayer's ability to Embed YouTube

or B: Use the YouTube API & player directly.

If we can do it through JW though, we absolutely will, we just want to make sure we don't violate YouTube's TOS in any way. If anyone has any advice, it's appreciated!

Is there something in YouTube's TOS that leads you to think you can't embed their player in this way?

We use their API and adhere to their TOS.

Hey Ethan,
Appreciate the response and that's awesome! Neutron, in regards to that, it was simply that the JWPlayer implementation of it doesn't show the YouTube Logo BEFORE pressing play, and that the Video Control Bar obscures part of the YT logo, so I just wanted to make sure. But Ethan's answer is awesome and terrific! Thanks!
