Jwplayer doesn't play offline when my computer disconnected internet! It show: Could not load plugin. File not found

I use jwplayer to player video file on my local computer but when my computer disconnect internet. It show the error: Could not load plugin. File not found after it complete playlist.

Can everybody help me to fix this problem?

This is a known problem. JW Player cannot be used offline. You can't change that.
