We have huge problem: adblock plugin block not only our advert but video too, but no sound! (this is crazy)
More crazynes: its blocked only on html5 player, if we use flash player, then its work fine (advert blocked but video is ok)

I am using Chrome + AdBlock and in html5 mode I see the video and hear the audio just fine.
That's because in your browser our advert don't load at all (maybe you need push ctrl+F5 3-4 times)
You can see it for sure in dev tools console

I just checked and I see the ad fine in Firefox on Win7. If I use Chrome on Win7, I see the ad too. If I use Chrome with Adblock, the ad is blocked, but the content plays fine.
In Chrome with Adblock content plays but with no video, only sound.
If you see video, its mean this time advert not loaded
