We are using a transparant movie in our project. The latest version of jwplayer seems to have broken this functionality. Is jwplayer still supporting this? If so, what is the correct syntax for the latest jwplayer version?
Example:
New jwplayer (black background is visible, not transparant):
http://95.170.95.125/indexnew.html
Old jwplayer (black background is not visible , transparant):
http://95.170.95.125/indexold.html
I can't really help with your problem, but I can tell you that the transparency works fine in Firefox 25.0.1, Safari 5.0.4, and Opera 12.16. In IE10, the video is totally transparent -- not even the little guy shows up -- but hovering over the player, I do see the controls. And in Chrome 33.0.1750.154 I see the black background behind the video.
We do not support transparency.

It didn’t work properly in html5 and flash modes alike.
