RTMP stream sometimes fails with jw

Hello,

What is the latest version of the JW Player that i can use?

I am using the jw player version that has html5 in it . not sure the version.

But my problem is that i have been using JW for 2 years now and i like the features of the player, but it seems that after a month or so having it on my website the viewers start going down, it seems it fails loading the rtmp stream correctly.

Then i switch it back to a regular flash player and viewers come back up.

Not sure why this would happen, its always happened and i never know why. Its always after a while , maybe the cache, or the .js file failing.

I can have the same stream on two screens, one a regular flash screen and another in the JW screen and the flash will work perfect but the JW will buffer and never load....

Any ideas?

Thank you
Luis

It will most likely work when you check it.

Then on and off it will be stuck on buffering.

but here it ALWAYS runs: http://miamitvshows.com/test

Thank you

Played good for around 7 minutes, then it just stopped.
Maybe something to do with the disabling of the right click you have. I tried to get page source and you block it, this might be causing it?

i took it off , but i really doubt this is causing the screen to fail...

What is the difference between the main site and the test?

the test has a flash screen , not a JW screen

What do you mean?

A comment above, said the right click disabled in a page might affect the screen and make it buffer...

Maybe?

Any other solutions you might have in mind of why the screen might buffer the live stream ?

Maybe certain comas, or order of things, etc...

This is the first part of it of what i would like to do

<script>
jwplayer("Miami").setup({
image: "http://miamitvchannel.com/images/sponsorplaca.jpg",
file: "rtmp:-------",
width: "990",
height: "550",
skin: "vapor",
autostart: 'true',
primary: 'flash',
sharing: {
code: encodeURI("<iframe src='width='970' height='550'/>"),
link: "http://example.com/page/MEDIAID/"},

Have you tried to remove the right click disabling feature?
