File not found


I am unable to watch video on arte.tv.

I got the following message:

Erreur technique !
Could not load plugins: File not found

And asking the technical people there, I was told that the problem was that the jw player plugin is blocked.

I have turned off the antivirus software and firewall and it does not help.

This happens on all browsers in windows 7, but not in Linux, iPad, iPhone.

Any clue why I am getting this error?
