Vid Advertising on Android 2.x

Just wondering if video advertising works on Android 2.x handsets. I went to the following URL on old samsung Android running 2.3

The Ad demo doesn't work, the actual video will be played using the Android buildin player and the Ad never seem to load.

Just wondering if its possible to make old Android support Ads.

We test 2.3+ devices for this. For example this page works on our HTC 2.3 device here.
