Is there a way to control the right click such that it always appear 'centered' on the player's screen?

Could 'safe region' be the way to go?

As it stands, if you right-click anywhere on the player's screen...the sm pop-up will appear at that
position of the mouse cursor.

There is not, it is just like a Flash right click. Where you right click is where it shows up.
