503 Service Unavailable - Cloud Hosted Player


We have a client who is using your cloud-hosted player and when I make a request to the player, I get a "503 Service Unavailable" response.

Further information in the error is:
Access to the web page you were trying to visit has been blocked in accordance with company policy. Please contact your system administrator if you believe this is in error.

Category: malware sites

Can anyone assist me with this?

The site in question is: http://mycns.tv - I'm leaving the broken player up for a bit so you can see the error yourself. I will have to take it down soon, however.
