How to achieve H264 Pseudo-Streaming using Apache under Windows

but it just tells how to achieve this function in Linux, I want to know how to achieve in windows, thank you!

But it make the matter back to my origin question, as it need to install apsx2 module for apache, only provide a tutorial for linux, then I eagerly want to know how can I install this module in windows? If this method cannot work, then is there any other method or advice for me to achieve my aim under windows+apache enviroment?
