You need to fall back to an rtsp outside of the player for android. More information – http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player/28856/using-apple-hls-streaming

JW6 Support

Every edition of JW Player 6 supports HLS for iPad/iPhone in HTML5 mode. Additionally, the Premium and Ads editions support HLS for desktop browsers in Flash mode.

JW Player 6 does not support HLS for Android devices. Although HLS is officially supported as of Android 3.0, a number of critical bugs prevents a satisfying playback experience. See our HTML5 report for more info.

On the iPhone and iPad, HLS support is built into the iOS system. Therefore, see Apple's HTTP Live Streaming Overview for details on supported features.

And now, what do I do??????

I am not really sure what you are asking here? HLS itself has issues on Android…
