Play HLS Live Stream on non-ios devices

I have published a Http Live Streaming stream and can play on ios devices, now I am looking for a solution of playing the stream on web via PC/Android/etc.
Does jwplayer support playing HLS on non-ios devices?

I saw the info on index :

Is this mean that I can play HLS on Android?

But when I tryed playing my HLS stream using jwplayer on my PC(ie9) & android(4.0), I get an error of "No playable sources found".

How can I solve my problem? Thanks very much.

JW Premium supports HLS on Desktops.

Androids have issues with HLS in general.

It means that "JW premium can not play hls on android". Is that correct?
