No audio in JWPlayer

Hi, I'm not hearing audio in some video files played through JWPlayer.

This has no audio:
http://www.wetpaint.com/network/video/bunheads-season-finale-sneak-peek-michelles-big-broadway-audition

But this one does:
http://www.wetpaint.com/red-carpet/video/oscars-2013-fashion-celebified-names-the-best-dressed-stars

I opened both of them in Handbrake, and their audio is encoded with the same codec: Stereo AAC at 160 Kbps.

I also played the one without audio in Ubuntu's Movie Player, and it plays with sound just fine.

Can you offer any insight as to why one would have sound and the other would not?

Your links actually say “invalid license key”?

Ah, that's true, our trial expired today. >_< But yesterday our license key was still valid, and I saw this problem. My coworker is talking with Sales today.

Okay, our license key is updated and JW Player is working again on our site. I'm still stumped and would appreciate your help. You should be able to reproduce it now.

Your 1st video does not have the audio encoded in AAC.

I just verified it in QuickTime’s property inspector. It is big endian.

Argh! Thank you very much! It was a problem with our CMS. It wasn't actually uploading the video we re-encoded. So sorry to waste your time! :
