Error #2035 - Playing embedded YouTube videos in JW Player 6.5 on Ubuntu

We received a bug report about not being able to play youtube-videos in JW Player 6.5.3609 Ads Edition. The error displayed is #2035. The YouTube-video in question is reachable and available on YouTube. We have no access to a Ubuntu-machine, so I hope someone can help us with this issue. The used software is:

Firefox 22.0
Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0

Flash Player Version: 11.2.202.297
OS: Linux 3.8.0-26-generic (64-bit)

Yes, all I know is he uses:

Firefox 22.0
Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0

We don't have Linux machines unfortunately.

Hm, this is pretty hard to say, we don’t have any machines running Ubuntu either. Is his Flash updated?
