Jw player problem with Iphone/Ipad etc

Hello.
We have strange problem with jw player and we need to solve it ASAP.
Problem is with iphone/ipad the didn't load video neither html default or flash default error on player is undefined is not an object.
Video format tried m4v and mp4/h.264.
Also we have crossdomain.xml in the main dir with this content:

MIME type is set by the server operating system. The people administering the server need to fix it, or you can add this line to your .htaccess file (if you're on an Apache server):

AddType video/mp4 .mp4

Also safari under windows doesn't play the video only download's it.

The video is a m4v, so it should be video/m4v
