Bitrate switching

Hi!
I set up JWPlayer 5 a year ago with Bitrate Switching. So it measured the bandwidth and the player size, and chose the .mp4 file that had approximately the same video size as the player and the maximum bit rate it could use based on the internet speed.

Now I'm setting up a new website, and now JWPlayer is in version 6, and on the plugin page http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/addons/quality-monitor/14642/http-bitrate-switching it says that bitrate switching is already built into JWPlayer 6.

The question is, how can I set up JWPlayer 6 to use this automatic bitrate switching? I don't want any button for the user to choose the quality, they should get the maximum quality they can get based on their device and internet without any lag automatically.

Is this available in HTML5 mode?

I'm going to buy the 1 domain pack here, so it doesn't matter if this feature is paid.

Thanks!

For JW6, it is just done with the menu, like this – http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player/29248/sd-and-hd-qualities

Isn't is possible to get it to choose the best video source by itself? If a user is watching on an iPad, he/she can't change the quality..

Besides, checking for the screen size isn't a problem with JavaScript, checking for video buffer lag I don't know.

If you are using m3u8, you can do that – http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player/29393/hls-adaptive-stream

Hmm, but it is only supported in Flash. Well, I'll see what I end up doing.
