Handbrake Settings
Can someone please post their settings that they use reliably for the web and iphone m4v files while using Handbrake to encode? TIA!

Handbrake has an iPhone preset – that one is perfect. If you don’t see the preset (in the “drawer”), please upgrade to the latest version.

I downloaded and used Handbrake just now to convert a .mov and Handbrake worked great except it created an .m4v. My JW Player doesn't seem to recognize this new file.
M4v isn't listed on this site as an acceptable file type for the latest JW Player. However, everyone in these forums is talking about using the m4v file type, so I'm confused.
I used the "normal" setting on Handbrake and when I load the file to my site, the JW player window doesn't even show with this file.

For example, I can go watch the raw video file by entering the file's location on my server and it plays fine in my browser:
http://splattermusic.com/videos/Innerpartysystem_American_Trash_Web.m4v
But when I add this URL via my WordPress plugin for JW Player, the video isn't recognized by the player or something and the player just doesn't show up when I publish the post. I've been using the JW Player (and plugin by LongTail) successfully with YouTube videos for the past few days. Can't get the self-hosted ones to work.

The file is fine and supported by JW Player. If you wait, eventually it starts.
If you check the “web optimized” button in Handbrake, the metadata of the video (which Flash needs) is put at the start and the video streams fine.
