Hello guys,
Im using JW Player and its working great.
I only run MKV files (h.264 originally encoded) but I cant make JW Player show the track subtitle from the same MKV video file.
I dont have external .srt files for subtitles just the subtitle inside the MKV container.
Please let me know what I need to make the player automatically start with default subtitles.

Your mkv files all have this mime type – application/octet-stream
It should be – video/mkv
Your mp4 does not have any mime type set at all, it is text/plain, it should be video/mp4

Well, I saw another post from a user asking to use mkv with jw player and I decided to make a test and by a miracle I made the mkv to play without a problem.
But now I want to use the subtitle inside the same mkv container but I dont understand your instructions...
Could you be a little more specific about how to configure my site to make jw player run mkv + subtitle?

MIME TYPEs are a server side setting that needs to be set.
I have access to the server via SSH, I can do it for my self or I need to ask for this changes to my server provider?
