Hey guys! We're trying to install our new player, but have run into this snag. It can't seem to locate our M3U8 file, even though it's readily available: http://testuni101-lh.akamaihd.net/i/test_1@103112/master.m3u8
And the same file works perfectly on our old JW 5 player. Any ideas?

I also get this error:

That's only because the stream is offline now. When it was online the file was available at that URL without any issues. I even downloaded and tested it to make sure that it contained all the appropriate info.
The stream will be back online in approximately 4 hours if you can have someone look into it then. Thanks!

Hi Ethan, thank you for looking into this again. The file is only published when the stream is live, which is from 9PM - 1AM PST, Monday-Friday.
If that's too late for you then we can schedule some other time that I can head into the studio and fire up the stream so you can check it out. Just let me know. Thanks!

im having same problem since few days the played interface changed and jw came and i can only watch for few moments then this msg comes .. what shud i do? it was working fine few days ago , i knwo its embded but there is some thing wrong it can be in my pc bcz it loaded recently http://guideus.tv/live

I am having the same issue with premium. Playback works in iOS and Safari. Not on windows 7 in firefox.
