Analytics not accurate

Hi, I received an email saying my video plays is 101,639 in Feb 2018 and is exceeding the 5,000 play limit for a free customer. I checked my dashboard (under Analyze, then Overview) and it only shows seven plays in Feb 2018. I know the 101,639 video plays is probably accurate but why is my dashboard showing just seven plays?

Your dashboard reports plays per billing month (not calendar month), and resets at the beginning of each billing month. If you have further specific billing questions, you may want to submit a support case through your account portal, as I will not be able to discuss specific account issues on the forums.
