Over Usage Charge


I have sent an email for over usage surcharge from the website on Thursday and haven't received any reply or indication that a support ticket was created or if someone will get back to me.

Could someone please let me know how to get hold of account and billing department?

I find it crazy that the over usage surcharge would have been charged on the account without any prior notification. Only reason it stopped was the account credit card was expired. What happened to sending alerts if account is going to be over usage limit?
