Play fullscreen on iOS without requiring pressing fullscreen button

if I embed a YouTube video, on iOS (iPhone X)/Safari when I press play on the video it automatically enters fullscreen mode without having to hit a fullscreen button. But when I embed a Vimeo video, it plays inline and requires hitting the fullscreen button.

I want to have it play fullscreen by default when I hit the Play button. Possible/
