totally lost

Hi everybody
I'm new on JWplayer and not a developper. I'm totally lost here. Is anyone of you able to link me to a step by step tutorial: I need to stream a 4k 360 video on web and mobile browsers, i just don't konw how to do. Please help. Gil

Hello,

The resolution your video will stream at is dependent on the device and the internet speed, as a result, only desktops and possibly iPads I are able to play 4k. You will want to either upload your video to the JW Dashboard, or get started with a basic embed code setup in a page. Please see our documentation here to get started:
