JWPlayer bug (?) in Safari

The player dynamically inserts the text 'Live Broadcast' into the central control area of the player controls in Safari. This happens for streaming files which are *not* being live streamed, so I presume this is a bug. It also does not occur in Chrome or Firefox, as far as I can gather. Could you please let me know whether this can be fixed or if this is a configuration error on my end?
