Switching my videos over to my own channel

Hi there, I have videos I've uploaded to the JW player on someone else's dashboard. They are no longer active, and my videos are still there, I'd like to reclaim them and transfer them to my own channel.

Do you have access to that person’s JW account? If so, you will need to log in, and download the original video files, and upload them to your account. Please see further instructions here for downloading your videos from JW Platform:
