Closed Captions Account Level


We're looking at adding closed captions to JW Player and I'm pretty sure that means we would need to upgrade our account. This page -- https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1430278-cea-608-captions -- says "Premium edition". Is there a Premium edition still? I don't see it listed -- would the correct level now be "Business"? I apologize if this info is available somewhere online. I searched pretty extensively.

Hello,

We have changed our pricing model and are in the process of updating our documentation. Captions are now included in all paid subscription tiers, as HLS is now supported from the Starter tier, through Enterprise.
