Unpaid account

Is the unpaid account still available? I can not find any way to register without also paying for a paid plan. It is still referenced in the current TOS. If it exists could you please provide me with a link.

Also, do the Terms of Service allow the unpaid license to be used with a paywall (Cleeng)? There will be no advertising. If not, does the starter plan allow for this?

It is my understanding we are no longer creating free accounts. Knowing this, you should be fine with a Starter account and Cleeng.
